Once the toners are empty, you must dispose of them correctly. Toner cartridges are hazardous waste and must never be disposed of with household waste. The cartridges contain various materials that can be harmful to health and the environment. You can simply hand in the toner at a specialist electrical shop or take it to a recycling centre.
