Shipping Information
We deliver all products ordered directly via our webshop free of charge within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The only exception to this are small products that are marked as "GONSERBOX" items. To be able to offer you the best possible prices for these items as well, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 6.90 for GONSERBOX items. As soon as the total of all GONSERBOX-items reaches CHF 35.00, you will also receive these items free of shipping costs!
Your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible after receipt of payment in accordance with the delivery times stated in the webshop. Shipping on account is unfortunately not possible.
Delivery is usually carried out by our parcel service provider Planzer. General cargo is delivered by one of our haulage companies. The carrier always delivers to the kerbside of the respective delivery address.
Unfortunately, delivery abroad is not possible.
