100 Days Right of Exchange
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If the goods do not meet your requirements, you are welcome to contact us. We will then send you a return label and you can return the item within 100 days of receiving the delivery. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your money in full in the form of a voucher.
Please observe the following instructions before returning the product:
- Every return must be agreed with us in advance and accompanied by our return label. We cannot register the return without the enclosed return label.
- The right of exchange applies exclusively to orders placed via our webshop. Orders placed via other platforms are excluded from this right.
- The goods must be complete, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Used, assembled or not originally packed goods are excluded from the right of exchange.
